We understand that schedules change. Please review our cancellation policy below.
Cancellation window
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. We appreciate as much notice as possible.
Late cancellation fee
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the service cost.
No-show policy
If you miss your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged the full service amount. A credit card will be required to book future appointments.

Rescheduling appointments
We're happy to reschedule your appointment at no charge when you provide at least 24 hours notice. We'll work with you to find a time that fits your schedule.
Please note: Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in a deposit requirement for future bookings.
